Cancellation by Kazadeal

Cancellation by the Customer

If an order has been placed, we shall cancel the order in case a cancellation request has been sent before processing or approving the order.. However, Kazadeal.co will not be able to cancel orders already processed and dispatched.

Kazadeal.co is entitled to decide whether an order has been processed or not. The customer accepts not to dispute over our cancellation process regardless of the reason for the cancellation.

Products from Third parties / Re-sellers

You understand and agree that there might be several items that third-party dealers (Sellers and/or re-sellers) will sell on the Site. Kazadeal.co might not be able to manage Vendors / Re-sellers ‘ transactions or acts in those transactions. • Kazadeal shall not be liable for any errors or failure to monitor, whether on behalf of itself or third parties.
• You redeem and indemnify Kazadeal.co and its directors, officers and representatives from any costs, damages, liabilities or other consequences arising from any of the Vendors / Re-sellers ‘ actions on the Site.

Counterfeiting, privacy and Fraudulence Transactions

Kazadeal.co reserves the right to regain the cost of products or services, lawyers’ fees and any additional charges from persons using the Site fraudulently.

Kazadeal reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings against such persons in violation of these terms and conditions for fraudulent use of the Site and any other illegal acts or acts or omissions.
